With In-house Cast Iron and Bronze foundry and host of sophisticated machine right from CNC mould making machine and machining centers to Automatic motor winding machines, Bhumi encourages error free manufacturing process. We use the most advanced foundry technology to assure high quality of castings at a competitive price. We offer value added services like CAD/CAM for design, pattern making, machining, heat treatment, and painting of castings. We can offer material test certificates for chemical and physical analysis of metal, and microstructure evaluation of castings.

We have in house pattern manufacturing facility including 3D modeling and the surface generated on a Makino Vertical tool and die machining center, several lathes, milling machines, pantograph machine & radial drill machines contribute their role in providing a successful pattern for molding.
